We invest in and operate high quality purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).

We are currently focused on acquisitions and developments in Dublin, Cork and Galway.

The team has previously funded, developed, operated and sold ~1,200 beds in the UK and Ireland across 6 properties since 2010.

The current portfolio includes secured sites in the planning, construction and operational phases across Dublin, Cork and Galway totalling approximately 2000 beds.
