NTM Capital has acquired outright the site at 58-64 Upper Dominick Street Dublin

There is an office building on site with existing planning to refurbish into student housing. NTM intends to demolish the building and join with the adjacent car park to create a purpose built student housing block of around 250 beds and amenity space.

The site is in a prime location 5 minutes walk from the new DIT campus at Grangegorman which will host 20,000 students and 15 minutes from Trinity College Dublin.
